Lingerie Cake

Last week I had the fun task to make a lingerie cake for my sweet friend Hayley. She was hosting a bachelorette party and asked me to make a cake for it! This cake was one of the largest I have made so far. I started with 3 layers of 12x18 inch sheet cakes. Then I cut out the corset shape and frosted! This cake was funfetti from scratch and vanilla buttercream. I am so happy with how it turned out for my friend!

"Time Flies" Cake

For my Son's first birthday party we had a "Time Flies" theme so I made his cake like the sky and my husband built these little airplanes to place on top. The cake was homemade funfetti with butter cream and fondant clouds. The smash cake was also funfetti but the frosting was Pastry Pride (like whipped cream) instead of frosting so it wasn't too sweet for my little guy.

Baby Boy Shower Cake

This cake was for a baby shower that I threw for my friend (who is having a boy, hence the blue everything). I love sugar cookies so it was really fun to make these and decorate them. I wish I could take credit for the oreo pops but I did not make them. For the cake I used a butter cream base and the polka dots are from homemade marshmallow fondant. It was such a privilege to throw this shower and I had so much fun doing it!

Middle Ages Cake

I made this cake years ago for a friend/coworker. She was so worried about turning 29 that we made a joke of it and pretended like we thought it was her 30th birthday. We made it a middle ages party hence the castle. It was really fun to get to play around with some candy and lots of frosting techniques for this cake!

Dr Suess Smash Cake/Cupcakes

I made this cake for my sweet friend for her son's first birthday. He had a Dr. Suess party so I made him a layered funfetti cake with buttercream frosting. I had so much fun making this and watching Avery devour the cake! :)
